Accomodation
Yn y Ty is all on one level – there is just 1 step up to access the property. Walk through your holiday front door into the hallway where all rooms are located from. There are 2 bedrooms – 1 King Size, 1 Twin bedroom.
The sunny living room has patio doors opening onto the outside patio area. There are two sofas and a log burning stove for cosy nights in and a Smart TV
The kitchen has all you need for your holiday meals – gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The Family Shower Room has a walk in shower (1 step up), toilet and wash handbasin and heated towel rail.
Cot and Highchair are available – please request at time of booking.
There is private parking for 2 cars on the driveway at the front of the property


Other Information
One well-behaved dog welcome at an extra charge of £25 per week. Enjoy alfresco meals on the secluded paved rear garden area. The private patio garden is a sun strap where you can enjoy barbecues and sunbathe. Outdoor Dining Table and Chairs to seat 4.
St Davids boast a number wonderful eating places – all just a short walk away (0.4 miles). For those guests bringing a furry friend they may like to know that both of the pubs in the St Davids are dog friendly. There are galleries selling original Pembrokeshire art, a farmers’ market and the magnificent St Davids Cathedral to explore.
